These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Agent Harness platform, APIs, and documentation (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Agent Harness (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Agent Harness provides infrastructure for building agent-powered products, including durable orchestration, memory, tooling, policy, sandboxing, verification, and observability services accessible via API.

3. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Usage and Billing

Usage is metered by token consumption and attributed to your account. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service in accordance with the pricing published on our website or as otherwise agreed in writing.
