This Privacy Policy describes how Agent Harness (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Agent Harness platform, APIs, and documentation (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (business name, contact email), API usage data (run metadata, token consumption, timestamps), and standard web analytics (page views, browser type, IP address).

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, bill for usage, communicate about your account, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Isolation

All customer data is isolated by a server-validated authorization boundary (customer_id). Your data is never accessible to other customers. Run input fields with sensitivity tags are redacted according to your configuration.

4. Data Retention

We retain run data, event logs, and usage records for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
